We will be making major infrastructural improvements to the Root platform on Sunday, 18 April, between 17:30 and 20:30.
To ensure the stability of the platform during this process, both the API and Dashboard will be inaccessible for up to 3 hours during this window. We are performing this maintenance during a period of low platform activity to ensure minimal disruption.
Any queued scheduled data exports, customer communications, or webhooks will be run as soon as the platform becomes available again.
